23,976fps Bug at Nvidia GPU's

Hi,

got the Problem, that my Nvidia 420 GT M, Graphics Processor in my ASROCK HTPC, do not show the 23,976 fps Refresh rate.
I heard there is a workaround for this Problem.
I actually use for 23,976 fps, the 24 fps refresh rate.

Oh god no.
The MKV are really, visible stuttering.

what is the display device resolution?
how is the display connected? hdmi?
what is the audio connection?

what is the source of the mkv? what is the resolution of the mkv?

my personal opinion - 23,976fps Bug = bullshit 99.976% of the time.

Unless there is a system with ASRock NVIDIA Optimus Technology and Intel Sandy Bridge graphics, then prepare the INTEL 23.976 fps bug quite a problem.
This bug manifests itself in such a way that one or more dropped frames per minute, but only very few users bother.

AsRock Vision 3D 137B:

-Intel i3-370M.
-8Gb RAM.
-GeForce GT425M.
-Display Resolution: 1920 × 1080
-Audio/Video Connected via HDMI, with HDMI 1.4 Cable

-MKV Resolution 1080p, Source...!

My personal opinion: 23,976 Bug = 99% present.

No! The Nvidia Mobile GPU (GT 425 M) is connected over HDMI.
The CPU does not contain a integrated GPU Part (this CPU is alittle bit older!)
Video and Audio over HDMI and GPU!

The NVIDIA Optimus Technology turns on the NVIDA graphics card only, when it is needed
(eg 3D games) and although the NVIDIA HDMI output is used, works the INTEL Grafik!
In HTPC mode almost certainly only the on-board Intel HD2000 works with 23.976 Hz bug!

It does contain the graphic core.
