AVI/MP3 Playback

I'm having an issue with AVI playback withe latest Shark applications. This has been going on for quite awhile actually, I'm not sure how many versions this has been happening with, but it's been at least 3. All of my files other than AVI with MP3 audio play fine, with no issues. However, when I play an AVI file with MP3 audio, the picture will pause occasionally and then after a few seconds, the audio will pick up where it left off but the picture will go super slow until the two sync up again. I've messed around with quite a few settings but can't seem to resolve this.

Utilizing the x64 codecs with Shark recommended settings. You guys seen anything like this or experienced anything like this?

disable the DMO codecs and select FFDshow for MP2/3 on the SWAP TAB
