AVI video - screen tearing, video hangs after a few seconds
All my AVI files work perfectly, except one which just hangs after a few seconds, and shows excessive tearing, making the video non-viewable.
Here's the file details from Gspot: Code: File Name : Marebito.2004.DVDRip.XviD-PROMiSE_new.aviAnything I can do about it? Using Win7 x64. Thanks. |

RE: AVI video - screen tearing, video hangs after a few seconds
Hi Haisook,
if it is only one AVI file, it is probably corrupted/badly encoded. I do not see anything unusual about the file. But try changing the AVI splitter in the Shark setting application (AVIˇRM tab). If it does not help, try remuxing it to a .mkv file with Metafox (Shark´s tool page). Easy drag-n-drop the avi into the app. Windows 8 x64 / i5 750 / AMD HD 5850 / Benq XL 2410T / MPC-BE / 32bit Advanced Codecs |
