Cache options don't appear anymore
#1
Bug
Hello,

Since I updated Icaros, Cache options don't appear anymore, especially the option that allowed to specify where to store the cache.

It seems like it is disabled, try to enable it. What happens?

It's fine here, so there is something on your computer which isn't right. But I think we get it working.
I also think it is best to uninstall Icros first, restart computer, run clean disk and also delete icaros folder in appdata
then restart (doesn't hurt) and install latest version.

the specs like optical drives, you listed don't help, more helpful is the exact version of OS, just like I am on Windows 10 Professional 64-bit 18.03

If it doen't work I personally would recommend a fresh install, but backup all files to another HDD, not flash based usb stick or SSD.
Best is to install the new installation on another SSD and after you configured all settings, you can connect your "old" SSD and copy all needed files.
Then you can even switch back to your old os installation, just replace the new with the old ssd.

I'm on Win 10 Pro 1803 also.
So I'm facing a "werks on my machine" meme issue, I will try completely uninstalling although I have already tried it in the past for older version with no success. I must add that this issue appeared with an update (don't know which), worked fine with older versions until that update.
Fresh install seems overkill for a middleware issue...

Did you upgrade your old Win10 installation to 18.03 or did you a fresh install of 18.03?
