On the SWAP TAB, choose to disable Window Media Foundation.
If still not working properly, set gabests blu-ray splitter on the MPG`MP4 TAB The above action will disable Haali so if setting this go to the MKV TAB and select gabest there also If UAC is turned OFF, please uninstall my software
Default UAC settings are required for my software to function properly |

First Thanks for Your prompt response , now I have video from both files on WMP but the video is some kind of "slow motion" or some kind of "lag" I cannot define exactly the symptom but I can see the frames ; the sound is OK except on the Imax Amazon should be DTS it`s only stereo . Thanks again . |

On the SWAP TAB choose to disable the Microsoft audio decoder.
btw, the 32bit settings app is for 32bit players. If Media Center is your player of choice settings need to be done in the x64 app. If UAC is turned OFF, please uninstall my software
