Choppy mkvs after update

Another update. Since i still had issues, I was fiddling around a bit more.
Problems seem to be linked to the question in setup if I view video in browser. If I answer no everything works, but I can't view YouTube clips.

If I answer yes, things fall apart.

answering Yes is a subset of No. meaning that yes has the same settings as NO except that No disables Media Foundation globally and Yes doesn't touch that because it is used by Web browsers and Microsoft Apps such as the Movies and TV app.

A suggestion, after answering No, go to the swap TAB and re-enable Media Foundation there.
