When I used V3.5.2 ,it works properly. But when I started to use V3.5.3, I find outsite subtitles can't be set up with DirectVobSub. It doesnt show on the taskbar. If I change the wmp to 32bit ,DirectVobSub x86 works properly. But some MKV files can't be shown clearly in wmp 32bit. How can I see the outside subtitles in wmp 64bit?

RE: DirectVobSub x64 can't be used with outsite subtitle
I also find I can use DirectVobSubx64 when I choose FFDshow64 or FFDshow DXVA and Microsofe codec as H264 codec. And the FFDshow64 can show clear MKV files. But do you know why LAV codec doesn't have subtitles when I use 64bit. It is fine in V3.4.2. However V3.4.2 can't show some MKVs clearly in any codecs. Can I change the LAV config to show subtitles or should I use FFDshow64 or FFDshow DXVA? Thank you very much for your work.
PS:Some MKVs can't be shown clearly means there are a lot of big square of wrong colours like Mosaic and the video may stop to play for a moment sometimes. |

RE: DirectVobSub x64 can't be used with outsite subtitle
LAV + subtitles does not work in the Windows players.
For this combination to work, you need to use MPC-Homecinema downloaded from my Tools page. For Subtitles with the Windows players you need to set the Microsoft codec on the H264 TAB |
