FFDShow DXVA causes audio sync errors
Summary:
1. mkv without subs: audio and video out of sync using FFD DXVA 2. mkv with subs: subs become out of sync with a/v as show progresses. A rewind or ff fixes the sync temporarily. Hardware: Win7 x64 WMC with MediaBrowser ION platform (ASUS AT3N7A-I) I installed 3.4.7 and of course it did a reset upon opening. If I watch a mkv with subtitles I use FFDShow DXVA and the audio and video are in sync. The subtitles start getting ahead of the video as the show progresses, but I can hit rewind and it is in sync again for a few minutes. When I watch a mkv without subs using FFD DXVA the audio and video are out of sync. So right now it seems I have to watch everything without subs using the LAV codec and everything with subs using FFD DXVA. It didn't behave like this before and kind of a different problem than my last thread. |

RE: FFDShow DXVA causes audio sync errors
Try using different splitters from the MKV TAB

RE: FFDShow DXVA causes audio sync errors
I use Haali by default. LAV causes tearing.
For FFDShow to have audio sync problems when no subtitles is present is a problem I haven't encountered before and doesn't seem anyone else has either. I wonder if I just suck at this. |
