Icaros thumbnail filetypes registered

I just installed version 3.5.6 and when I opened the Icaros thumbnails, the filetypes registered has about every filetype except .mp4. There is a .m4p between mpeg and mp4v. Could that be an error and should .m4p be .mp4?

MP4 is left to the OS to thumbnail.
You may add it to Icaros if you wish. (maintain the formatting)
Deavtive Icaros, add .mp4; to the beginning of the optional filetypes.

do I need to restart after adding it?
