Only the installer is multi language
the UI is english only (at this time)

When I see the first two images, it looks like the subtitles are doubled. Most probably that is the problem. And xiaofeizei does not understand English enough to change the settings accordingly.

For HD Live-TV in MC7 is then the MS video decoder required under SWAP!
