MKV HD Tvshows-No voice from characters

Hello there
Let me begin by thanking you for all your hard work, I have been using your program for years now, recommended to everyone I know.
I haven't had any problem until now:
The problem is when I open a MKV HD Tvshows , downloaded from internet; I can hear musics, environment sounds but I can NOT hear any voice from characters.
I tried to change some stuff in 64x settings but since I have absolutely no idea what they are and how they work, I failed.
anyway my win is 7 x64, I have the latest version of codecs and I am using the latest version of MPC-HC x64 from your website.
Please help me....

P.S: I clicked on Reset All but still nothing happened.

On the Audio TAB, click the button to [disable LAV audio]

disabled it and nothing happens
ive noticed that I cant even hear voices in games.

check your physical speaker connections to the PC.
might be a loose or damaged wire.
possibly the 'center' speaker is poorly connected.
