I have no problem also in other mediaplayers and yes my MCE setup is with connection to flatpannel/lcd.If you set 1280x720 and this happens only with the LAV decoder and Intel QuickSync, then it's the "buggy" Intel driver. Hello hd-false, Your assumption about "buggy" Intel driver is confirmed directly by Egur: "Nev, The time stamp problem doesn't appear in driver 2761 anymore. Also found some small issues, so I'll release another version very soon." However the new driver is not yet public so all of us Intel users relying on iGPU will have to wait... Shark007 sorry for bothering with the issue, it's only Intel!

Many users, that use the Intel Clarkdale and Sandy Bridge graphic into a HTPC, have several problems at the moment, for example Tearing, 23.097 Hz bug, MC7 live TV crashes ...
As an ATI user, I can only listen to the experiences of other users, so the driver 8.15.10.2622 (via MS Windows Update, not directly from Intel) should going well, at least for Clarkdale. Other users have no problems with older INTEL drivers, which is then only find out through testing. AMD A6-3650 with HD6530 graphics * XP MCE 2005, Windows 7 x86 + x64 + 8 x64 * PowerDVD 12 + 13 |

RE: MKV playback with LAV in fullscreen (minimized it's ok)?
Hello Shark,
Just a stupid idea regarding my a/v out of sync problem: if i play my files in mpc-hc (the one from your site) with evr custom than all my problems disapear and i'm still using ffdshow with qs. However my graf file shows that in mce vmr is used instead. Could this be a problem. And if yes can it be fixed in mce: is there any setting in ffdshow or shark codecs or mce that would alow me to change the renderer to evr custom? Regards and apologize in advance if i said something stupid. |

So the only solutio would be to set media browser to use mpc-hc to playback mkv because in this case everything is perfect? |

yes, I would choose a solution that works.
The Windows players work fine for most but if you're not getting proper playback with them and MPC-HC is giving you the results you seek, by all means, use what works. |
