MOV videos - no sound after win7 codecs upgrade

Hi,

I have a problem getting sound with MOV files made by iPhone 5. I attached the text file made by the video analyzer. Everything else works great, and the previous version 2.x didn't have this problem.

If I use WMP, there is no sound, but Windows Movie Maker and Adobe Premiere play the sound fine.

I tried resetting everything, and using recommended settings, then tried various splitters on the MOV tab.

Any help? I'd really like to get WMP play MOV with sound.

I am on Windows 7 64, WMP, Win7 Codecs 3.6.3.

try using different AAC decoders on the 32bit SWAP TAB

Under the Windows SWAP tab check "Disable Microsoft's Audio Decoder"

It fixed the sound problem I had
