MP4 files sound without picture under WMP

I am using the latest win7codecs [Using Shark007 SUGGESTED settings].My problem is with MP4 files,when i use WMP [Which i prefer] it runs sound without picture but when i use other players like VLC or Jetaudio they run fine.
