No DTS-HD sound
First of all, this codec pack is spectacular!
I'm having the following issue: I am able to play files on WMP x64 with Dolby TrueHD, but I can't play files with DTS-HD. On both app settings (32 & 64) i applied suggested settings, then on audio tab I checked "trueHD dts-hd" box. Windows audio decoders are disabled. I'm using HDMI over my ATI 6850 video card. Also, I played the same file using PowerDVD 12 and DTS-HD works fine. Any help will be appreciated. Please disregard this post, I checked with another sample and DTS-HD works fine, but it seems a "different type" of DTS-HD. The sample that works on PowerDVD (but it doesn't on WMP) my AVR detects it as "DTS-HD HI RES" The sample that works on both players, my AVR detects it as "DTS-HD MSTR". No idea what's the difference. |

The program extracts the contents from the existing mkv and writes a new mkv using untouched audio/video/subtitles/chapters to a new mkv. |

I've just edited my post right after your answered it! I realized that they were 2 different types of DTS-HD one was "High Resolution Audio" and the other one "Master Audio". I will try that tool you mentioned and get back to you! |
