No external subtitle while using LAV

Hi Shark!

I was using MS's codec for H.264 and the external subtitle works good but now I've got some 10-bit video so I must use LAV for H.264. Then the thing happen, the VobSub won't load while using LAV so there's no subtitle for H.264 video in MKV and MP4(no metter the MVD is disable or not). I really need the external subtitle!

Also, when I disable the MVD, the MP4 file will not thumbnail. Is there any way (like use Icaros for MP4 thumbnail when MVD is disable?) to let it thumbnail?

press [reset All]
select [x] SUGGESTED settings checkbox
select 'Use FFDshow's codec' on the H264 TAB
The above instruction will decode 10bit using FFDshow and also use FFDshow to give you subtitles.
You could also use FFDshow DXVA to take advantage of hardware acceleration.

On the Config TAB, use the button, [Icaros Thumbnailing]
DeActivate Icaros - add MP4 to the list of optional extensions - retain the formatting when adding it.
Activate Icaros

I switch to FFDvideo's code now and it works perfectly.
Due to FFD's subtitle filter won't support some ASS style and effect, so I use VobSub while using FFDvideo for H.264 instead FFD's. Anyway, it loads~!
