No more WTV in MPC-BE with latest SHARK007-Codecs

Although I use MPC-HC/BE only for testing, but should run the same!
Now I have experimented two days and it is becoming apparent that there is a problem only in conjunction with current versions Shark007.
In an image with Shark007 W7CP 4.0.2 and MPC-2137 BE WTV (SD and HD) is still running, even if I MPC BE 2574 install and / or uninstall Shark007. But if I install 4.1.1 W7CP with LAV 056.x, it's all over and with MPC-BE can never again play WTV, there's only a system recovery or an image?
   
PS: This applies to current Shark007 Windows 7 and 8 codes in Windows 7 and 8 and for 32 and 64 bit.

If I rename *.wtv to *.ts, then MPC-BE can play the videos, but with the LAV video decoder, while WMP 12 still the MS video decoder used.
Maybe this is an approach to solution of the problem?

Are there new findings on the MPC BE WTV problem?
With latest MPC-HC 1.6.8.7308 or with old MPC BE 1.0.3.1 I can play WTV records regardless
of whether I use the LAV or the MS Video Decoder used for Shark007 settings for WMC live TV.
