No subtitles MKV xbox360

I am trying to get the subtitles to show up on the MKV file I am playing through my Xbox with windows media center but I cannot seem to get it to work. Any help please??

Ask microsoft to enable subtitle decoding on the xbox.

Is that something I can actually do? or are you saying to actually ask Microsoft? haha i'm not too good with these things.

I'll have to apologize. The response was nearing sarcassim.

Subtitles cannot be displayed on the xbox because they are not supported.
The only way to get subs on the xbox is to hard-code, burn in, make the subs become part of the actual video and not just an option.
