Please Help Xbox Issue
Took me some time but i finally got MKV playing on the PC via Windows Media Center, but when i try to play an MKV on my xbox 360 via Windows Media Center it tells me some files needed are not found to play this. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!!! Im on a windows 7 Laptop & have both codecs installed.

RE: Please Help Win 7 Media Center Issue
the only thing my software will assist with when it comes to xbox mkv playback, is to enable (uncheck) the DivX Media Foundation splitter on the 64bit mkv tab.
there are several restrictions that cannot be overcome when it comes to mkv playback using the xbox as an extender, such as, no subtitle support, and, if the file contains embedded subtitles, playback fails. Also, dts audio is not supported. to determine the contents of any media file, use the button on the Misc TAB to, [Analyze a media file] |
