Random pixellation when REW/FF .MP4
Hi,
I am getting random pixellation/blocky video problem when FF or rewinding HD mp4 files in wmp x86, this does not happen all the time just randomly also it takes longer for the video to start playing when first started up and when i've used the seek bar as above. After doing a search found a similar post where Shark suggested to use the "rest all" function and disable MS video decoder, however when i try to disable the MS codec i keep getting the message that it is in use, i don't have any video on my desktop, tried re-booting and i cannot get it to be disabled in Sharks codecs whatver i do, please help? Using latest codecs 3.7.2 Thanks. |

RE: Random pixellation when REW/FF .MP4
Update...
I manually disabled the ms codec and the pixelation has gone, video loads and seeks much faster, however i cannot use sharks GUI to disable the codec, so think this may be a bug. |

RE: Random pixellation when REW/FF .MP4
If you've installed PowerDVD 11/12, then that's your problem, see here!
You may also be necessary to restart Windows. AMD A6-3650 with HD6530 graphics * XP MCE 2005, Windows 7 x86 + x64 + 8 x64 * PowerDVD 12 + 13 |
