it did previously, i changed the settings according to a forum member from avsforum. now that green arrow doesnt come up.

I am assuming if i reset everything to default, things should be good?

In the x64 app, reset to default will set LAV as the H264 decoder.
This works OK for me, but not for everyone.
setting the H264 decoder to Microsoft works for everyone.

Here my subtitle settings with FFDshow DXVA Decoder or FFDshow Video Decoder.
