Not sure what's wrong with uploads, but not able to attach a clip for testing.
I have (Unlimited) allocated space so I will try again later. |

With "Settings -> Misc -> drag drop a file" you can create a 40MB sample and then with MediaFire upload (registration is now required).

For a 40 MB sample you will surely find also a free uploader without registration!
