Thumbnails disappearing again

Well, I don't know what to say. I guess i'm destined to have half of my thumbnails work and half not. I even restarted UAC, reinstalled both codec 3.68's, deactivated and activated Icaros and yes I cleared the thumbnail cache somewhere during the procedure. These 2 Snips I've added are to show you the 1st one is thefolder with some .avi's that have thumbs. The second one is of the folder inside of the folder with the .mkv's and mp4's without thumbs. Also in my video library my .flv's are without. My system is Windows 7 x64
