Timestamp function with Icaros 3.10

I have an issue with the "Prefer Timestamp" function.

It seems that it's the same with or without the this function activated.
The same thumbnail is generated. This is the "Thumbnail Offset" slider that works.

The "Thumbnail Offset" function works very well; the generated thumbnails are the good ones.
But when I try to use the "Prefer Timestamp" function, generated thumbnails are not the good one.
I try lot of things but I don't understand exactly what frame of the video file is used to generate the thumbnail.

What can I do to make it works?

I'm using mkv files encoded with x264 codec (via MeGui).

PS : I use this script to erase the generated thumbnails just before change something with ICAROS. It's just to be sure that I see the good thumbnails :
@echo off
taskkill /f /im explorer.exe
timeout 2 /nobreak>nul
DEL /F /S /Q /A %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer\thumbcache_*.db
timeout 2 /nobreak>nul
start explorer.exe

I would like to know if I  am alone to have this issue. Can you tell me?
