U Tube Multi tracks video uploading

Dear Sirs,
I wonder if you know a way to upload an MKV movie (multiple audio tracks and subtitles) to the You Tube platform.
I'm trying to watch them on W7SP1 with the latest W7 codecs packs (Haaly filter selected) but the "marvaillous" WMP 12 stucks when I try to change the audio track (when will MicroSoft release a multimedia player as good as Media Player Classic Home Cinema? It would be better than releasing the new W8 OS, an awful one).
