Unable to play some videos
Hi all,
Ive been using shark007 with my xbox360 windows media center player, and although some video's (in fact most) video's play fine, some video's simply give a black screen, and no sound after its done buffering. If i remove all codecs from my windows 7 computer, the video's DO play, but at reduced resolution compared to my PC. I wonder if there was anyone that could help me fix this problem as the show im currently watching the most (House MD) is the one with the most files that have problems. I've configured my Shark007 (64bit) with the help of this guide: http://thedigitallifestyle.com/w/index.p...ack-magic/ Also, heres an example of a file that works just fine: Code: GeneralAnd one that gives me trouble: Code: GeneralI suspect it MAY have something to do with the header_stripping or the difference Reframes, but i don't know enough about codecs to know for sure. Again, any help is appreciated

RE: Unable to play some videos
I've converted a file using Popcorn MKV audio converter to use dolby instead of DTS. This seems to work, so i'm now trying it on all the files

RE: Unable to play some videos
Converting all my video's to not use DTS but use Dolby surround has fixed the problem. However, its still weird that the video's would play (albeit in crappy quality) when i had no codex installed
