Update?

Hey, this may be silly.. but.. How do I update? I just got a notice saying that a newer version has been released, but I'm not sure how to go about that.

I downloaded the newest versions (32/64 bit)
Do I uninstall the older version and install the new version? Or is there a special way to go about updating..?

Then, if you still feel you need to update,
uninstall the 64bit codecs 1st using the [UNINSTALL] button on the Help TAB
Then do the same for the 32bit codecs.
