"Video Error", Live TV, MKV help

Ok...super thanks for your willingness to help. When I get home, i try it. I think i did this before, after uninstalling and reinstalling (i the correct order) and it "worked" but had digital artifacts/stuttering sections.... but i'll try again just as you said. Do I do anything with the 32bit version?
