As I've written above "Vista Codec 6.3.0" didn't install on my computer and there was an Error during installation. So there is no "VSFilter.dll" what install by "Vista Codec 6.3.0". At least not on my computer...!

So I've to remove "Vista Codec 6.3.0" and install "Vista Codec 6.2.1" again. As I've already told you above...

This is why I shared the only "VSFilter.dll" what works on my Windows XP pro + SP3

I've read it, that you can't install VCP 6.3.0, but this is a bug on your Windows XP installation.
I have no problems, neither in XP MCE 2005 SP3, nor in XP PRO SP3. With the above linked settings of VCP 6.3.0 (I start with the "Reset All"), which correspond to small changes in the preferences of Shark007, I can play all (almost) audio and video formats, ranging from TS, M2TS, AVI, MKV... to WTV-HD.
PS: I just installed and successfully tested again VCP 6.3.0 on my "old PC" ("fresh" installation of XP Pro SP3 on which I never had experimented with codecs)!
