Vista x64 Explorer Thumbnail Crash

I had a version that didn't support 10-bit encodes yet. Then after I upgraded, my explorer has been crashing on video thumbnails ever since.

I searched, but you seemed to try to blame it on the videos and recommended converting all of them to something else with Metafox... that doesn't really cut it. :/... something's wrong with the thumbnail software, it needs to be fixed. These are files I've had for years that have never had a problem.

Also, when the x64 package installs, it gets some error installing some registry thing that I have to ignore, so maybe that could have something to do with our problem.

Reset All & Suggested Settings doesn't fix it.
