WMP11 no audio with dvd

Hello,
I have a problem with WMP11:when play a dvd the image is beautiful but there is no audio.
I've already try to change setting (PDVD9...ffdshow..audio settings..etc) but the problem remains..

Any idea?

P.S: I apologize for my English but I am a little rusty

On the MPEG TAB there is a button called "select this for playback of older mpg"
try that.

Already tried..one question:after the change is enough restart wmp or you must close the "settings applications"?

The app makes changes immediately upon selection. WMP would need a restart though.
Try this...
Reset All, select PDVD9, and then select the previous suggestion.

No,not work..everything works (divx, mp3 ..) except this problem

I am not on a Vista machine at the moment and cannot remember if AC3Filter is enabled or disabled by default (Config TAB). Wichever it is, leave the other settings in place and change the state of AC3Filter. Test playback.

Enable AC3Filter and press its config button.
In its settings are tabs across the top, select System, and then select DVD on the left side.

Most likely the player, MPC-Homecinema, acquired from my Tools page will play it.

I want to get it to work..I am stubborn!
Perhaps reinstalling WMP11 but I do not know how to do,I find nothing in the menus

it is a strange response, but try this...
turn off the Navigation Sounds in Media Center.
