As for uninstall, I would guess that you are using something like Revo Uninstaller. good luck with that.
There are uninstall shortcuts in Control Panel | Programs and Features,
also on the startmenu under Shark007 Codecs,
and also on the Help TAB,
learn to use ONE of the official uninstallers.

Thanks sir. I do have this "NVIDIA GeForce 500: Version 295.73 graphic driver" installed and it and its former versions worked just fine, at least with my Windows 7 and the first couple of hours after I installed Windows 8.

I never know what the "Revo" stuff is and I never tried anything similar, I like always keeping my computer simple. Yes, I install/uninstall stuff only using their native/"official" installers/uninstallers.

I was just wondering if you have tried the Windows 8 Preview now and had the same problems. Can't fully uninstall and if you look closer, the display grid issue. It might be not very noticeable, but it's there. I'll try screen capturing it here. Thanks.
