Windows 8 OS Problems

My next best guess to cause your issues...
you choose to disable (turn down) the UAC (User Account Control) setting

Thank you so much for your time, sir. I really feel ashamed to take your time. Can you see the "grid" problem I'm talking about? I mean you have to look very closely to see the bigger "cells" than its usual size. Why's that?

No I didn't turn down the UAC, and I ran "as the administrator" everytime doing everything.
