avc1 thumbnail

Hello

First of all - I am a newbie here.

I have installed
x64Components_v336.exe
Win7codecs_v336.exe

on my Windows 7 64bit

Close to all video thumbnails show up nicely.

Some not - the thumbnail are black - like this.

   

The video play well, no problem, but how to get these videos thumbnails to show the same as with others.

Filetype: mp4 (other mp4-files are showing proper thumbnails).

Hi shwul,

The files might be incomplete?

You can try the following:

Open Shark007's Settings Application (with admin privileges).
Go to the Config Tab and click the Icaros button.
In the new GUI, click 'Deactivate', remove .mp4; from the optional extensions list, then click 'Activate'.

Copy and paste the file and see if the new copy still generates a black thumb.
