Hi
For some strange reason playback of mkv on my xbox360 has stopped when using windows media centre. I have uninstalled all codecs reinstalled the 32 bit and 64 bit codecs, deleted and recreated the extender, now mkv files play in windows 7 media centre but the sound is wrong, its as though it's trying to play surround sound instead of stereo sound. WMP 12 doesn't seem to like opening avi files off of my nas drive anymore, all video file splay properly through vlc media player. I imagine it's the above playback issues that's stopping it working on the 360. I am not noticing anything in event viewer that specifically helps me out. I have also removed and added in media player using the windows features utlity. Anyone got any suggestions TIA |
