divx will not play in WMP

I have windows 7 64 bit system and use WMP 12. I installed both the 32 and 64 components and am using the shark recommended settings. Most file types I have tried so far play fine in WMP but I recently tried a divx file which does not play (launches WMP but does not play). Any suggestions? FYI the divx file in question plays fine on another computer which has Klite codec pack installed.

I tried "For improved AVI playback, disable the DMO codecs on the SWAP TAB (and select FFDshow for MP2/3 if required)." but it did not make a difference.

On the Misc TAB is a tool to [Anayze a media file]
use the tool on that file and post the output here

I did a "reset all" and then checked the "suggested settings" and now it works. Im not sure why since the settings had never been changed from "suggested settings" since I installed it. Anyhow, it now works. Thanks for the help.
