ffdshow/LAV for .mkv
Can I use ffdshow for video and LAV for audio in .mkv playback?
Maybe it's my imagination but ffdshow picture quality seems better but I like the LAV audio. If so, how do I achieve this please, and is it likely to cause audio sync problems? Thanks |

RE: ffdshow/LAV for .mkv
Press [Reset All]
On the H264 TAB, select to 'Use FFDshow's codec' |

RE: ffdshow/LAV for .mkv
I make no changes what-so-ever to the MPC-HC versions I release on my Tools page. They just work.
The settings you suggest, are your idea's not mine. I have no clue what effect they have, and am not interested in knowing. |
