foobar2000-tagged mpc & ape files display as empty with Icaros

Bug
Rewriting the tags with MP3Tag makes them show up.

Comparing both files in a HEXeditor shows that foobar2000 writes tags as <cover><music data><tags><APETAGEX>, while mp3tag writes them as <cover><tags><music data><APETAGEX>

Hi Soukyuu,

I will take a look at this as soon as possible.
If you have a quick sample file ready, which I could try out, that would definitely help.

I have short examples here: foobar2000 | rewritten with mp3tag

The issue seems to be foobar2000 writing the tags at start of the file, then ReplayGain scanning the files, writing the tags. This results in tags moving to the end of the file. If you rewrite the tags with mp3tag, the tags move back to the start of the file.

Thanks for the samples.
It was a simple parsing bug. It will be fixed in the upcoming release.
Thanks for the report. :)

You're welcome!
There is one more thing I noticed about mpc, for some reason it says "mono" even though files are stereo in the properties...
