mpeg video cant play...

hey shark,i have lots of mpeg videos,but when i installed 3.7.0,i couldnt play them wht can i do pls help me..

i have use wmp i resetted but still isnt working,is there any way?

The sample you posted plays OK here.

On the Misc TAB, use the button to [Save codec list to Desktop]
Post that information here and hopefully I can spot the problem.

If not, uninstall that and try again

Hey shark again,i uninstall camtasia,avs and reinstalled 3.7.0 version but still didnt work and i unintalled 3.70 .when i installed your 3.6.7 version the mpeg videos worked,i dont understand whts the problem can you help me,is there anyway i can try? and note;when i installed 3.70 version i can see thumbnails when i play,the videos just stand by(mean just see first frame)and dont play.

I get the exact behavior and filter list as posted by mad.

The only thing I can see in your original codec list out of the usual was Camtasia but I see it is gone in the 2nd list you posted but you still report problems.
At this time, I do not know what is causing the problem for you.

When playback is frozen in MPC-BE, what does the Filter list show?
To access it, rightclick the video and you'll see 'Filters'

Even with MS Video Decoder it works for me with version 3.7.0 in WMP12 and MC7, for example, with my 3.6.9 settings with FFDshow-DXVA decoder, see here!
