UAC settings are accessed easily by clicking the icon at the top right of the startmenu. |

OK, its late and time to get to bed.
I have a similar system to yours, and similar files for testing. Before you leave, please post a analyzation report for one of those 3gp files that failed to play with default settings. Lets continue this conversation in about 22hrs. |
