shark suggested settings

hello
i have win7 32 bit and when i tried to remove shark from my labtop to install a newer version of shark a message pop uo throw uninstalling said (cant remove C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Shark007 Codecs) , and when i tried to install the new version over and fix the problem the shark suggested settings wont turn off what ever i tried
notice : i have norton 2012 internet security installed in win 7 32 bit
on hp laptop g61-455ee

Tried restarting, then manually removing that folder, then reinstalling?
