Regression Report:
FLV thumbnails: NOT generated
Codecs: LAV filers 0.42, haali media splitter, MPC-HC.
System: Windows 7 x64 SP1
Icaros used to generate thumbnails for my FLV files using LAV and Icaros. Now with latest 1.30 this isn't done. In fairness sake not sure if its a LAV thing or Icaros.
EDIT: Downgrading to Icros 1.2.5 fixes the issue. So it seems as an Icaros issue more than a LAV one.

Confirmed. I'll look into it before 1.3.0 is released. It seems to affect all optional filetypes.
EDIT: Hmm, the bug suddenly disappeared for me... I'll see if I can reproduce it.

hmmm, Any idea what you did for issues to disappear?
I tried:
1. Removing and reinstating Icaros using method described in this post... Still issue remains.
2. Uninstalling and reinstalling LAV AFTER removing Icaros.... Still issue remains.
3. Downgrading was my last step which fixed the issue.

Seems like Shark has found the culprit, I will see if I can confirm his findings,

So you mean that Explorer.exe generates the thumbs okay, but while using the "secure dvd and cd" software, no thumbnails are displayed?
This is a known limitation of Icaros. It generates thumbnails a bit differently than the MS' thumbnail provider.
Only other software that utilizes .NET 4 will be able to generate thumbnails with Icaros,
although if the thumbnails have already been generated in explorer, they should show up in other software as well.
