allowing Windows update to install a graphics driver seems to fix several issues for Nvidia users.

Is this your suggestion to NVIDIA or is there actually a way to update NVIDIA through Windows' Update Function? I've never heard you could update some non-MS product this way... ???

Yeah I'm gonna try AMD, too.

This time forgive me for being ignorant... Yes! That really happened -- got a MS update for NVIDIA driver. MS didn't take your advice, actually, did they? The grid lines isn't gone yet, though. Still bad. I don't believe there's no one else having the same issue like mine.

What's more unbelievable is I screwed my HDD, just after I transferred all the utmost important digital data in my life so far into it, the only copy cause I thought it would be the most secure place while I'm formatting the computer, only, I forgot to draw it out, and as a result, it's now already irretrievably screwed, so some kinda hacker guy I know obituray-ed me. For a moment I thought about a suicide.

Also I asked an AMD chip from a classmate whose family runs computer business. But wouldn't fit my computer.

If you no longer experimenting with the HDD and try to rescue something, you can your data rescue with professional help.

HurlW, if you were thinking about suicide over some data, then having a backup should've been your first thought. Putting all your trust into one save location is just a stupid risk.

Now, if you were willing to throw your life away over said data, then take HD-False's advice and recover the data professionally. Yes it's gonna cost money, but I assume your LIFE is worth MORE than a few hundred dollars!!
