new Version doesnt play .FLV anymore?

so i updated to newest version and now i cant play .FLV files how do i fix this ????

I have many FLV samples. All play in any player. (except in the Movies & TV App)
Do you have UAC disabled? 
If so, that would be the reason for your issues.

The codecs need to be installed/setup with UAC set to Default.
After everything is working, you can disable it again.

its always worked till this recent update i did 2 days ago .. ok so checked UAC and its at default


well what the heck i just tried to open it and it now opened .. i tied for hours to play this file the other day and it wouldnt - kept saying i need a program...... computers were so much better in the old days

I cannot explain it either
although I'd have had one hell of time troubleshooting this one if it hadn't miraculously fixed itself.
