Windows audio and video playback help

I just tried installing the code on another computer and confirmed it couldn't install on the custom path.
C:\Users\Name\Tools - Fail to install, keep pop-up the same error message.
C:\Users\ Name\Documents - Success

This means that the code must be installed in the User folder that is pre-built in Windows. I do prefer the old method of using the installer.

Update . . . I traced your issue to a coding fault of my own doing.
I have released version 18.7.1 with the issue fixed.

also remember that if you moved the Shark007Codecs folder without using [Remove ALL] from the help TAB 1st,
you need to at least use the [RESET ALL] button after the move to inntialize the codecs in their new location.

Thanks for your update, I know the procedure.
But in case others are unclear, it is recommended to add it to the readme.
