Icaros cannot create a cache with the "Prefer Timestamp" option enabled. The cache is created, but with the "Thumbnail Offset" option.

Did you remember to clear any existing cache before changing to "Prefer Timestamp"?
You may be still be getting previously cached thumbnails.

I cleaned the cache several times. This is clearly a bug.
