Windows audio and video playback help

Full Version: dllhost.exe Error
You're currently viewing a stripped down version of our content. View the full version with proper formatting.
Immediately after installing Version 3.1.0 I receive dllhost.exe application errors when browsing folders with images/videos.  The image thumbnails stop drawing, and will continue as soon as I clear the error message popup.  However, on larger directories, the error will pop several times.  I've attached a screenshot.

After uninstalling, the dllhost.exe error does not return.  Soon as I reinstall, the error returns.

Looking for a solution...

Thanks.

Hi Toxicmanchowder,

This is a strange one.
Try enabling debug mode in Icaros using the attached .reg file (just double-click it and click ok on the dialog).
This should make Icaros generate a minidump file which I can investigate, and also show a dialog with the filename of the
file(s) that are causing the crash.
