tried Launcher64.exe and this is the first run.
However, the launcher, tools\Settings64_portable, and commandline "Settings64_portable" reset did not work.
all my attempts lead to a single popup that said: you must maintain the original file and folder structure, and it's very confusing.
I'm pretty sure I haven't changed/moved anything in the zip archive.
Currently I'm using win11.

Extract and execute Allow.exe next to the Shark007Codecs folder
this will get Windows Defender to allow the codecs to run.

Next extract the Shark007Codecs folder again, overwriting all files.
It should work now.

during the 1st extraction, Windows Defender blocked files it saw as a threat. So some files were missing.
They are not a threat. So I created Allow.exe To tell Defender to leave the Shark007Codecs folder alone.

Upon 2nd extraction, Defender allows all files to be extracted properly (after executing Allow.exe).
