Container? Do you mean change the format? Like a mp4 to mkv? I'm now watching a video with MKV format. It's still so.

Open my Application to the Misc TAB and press the button to [Save codec list to Desktop]
Copy/Paste the contents of that file here.

Your codec installation seems to be quite old.
I suggest using the uninstall button on the Help TAB
Download my latest offering and try with that.
