Thanks a lot for making this software, it's very useful! 

I had a question however, would it be possible to somehow display the thumbnails with an sRGB conversion applied to them?

We're planning to use linear EXRs as textures for 3d models and previewing them currently with Icaros naturally differs from the sRGB TGA-files. Having some sort of config to tweak this would be really useful.
